3 Ingredient Egg Fried Rice!

Hello Everyone!

This is a kinda different thing that I want to do with this blog, where I share cooking recipes with you! If this isn't really your thing, that's fine! There will be a normal blog post tomorrow!

To those who are interested in this, thank you! But I'm just saying this now, I won't be doing cooking recipes often, as I'm a really bad cook!

Also, this was rather impromptu, which is why there is only some pictures.

But anyway, here is my recipes for egg fried rice!

Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 70g (1 person) or 140g (2 people) of white rice
  • Frozen Peas

Step 1. Take you 2 eggs and put them in a saucepan of a boiling water. Boil for about 7 minutes, or until you feel that the egg is hard boiled.

Step 2. Take you hard boiled eggs and wash them under cold water so the eggs are cool. Then remove the egg shells.

Step 3. Take the eggs and remove all of the white parts until you have just the yokes.
Step 4. Cut the yokes in half, then half again, and again until you have little chucks of egg yokes.

Step 5. Measure out your rice into a jug, Then wash the rice until the water is clear. You need to wash your rice to make sure there is no bugs or bacteria in the rice (it can happen!)

Step 6. Put the rice into saucepan and cook until the water boils or has froth on the top. Add some salt into the water and stir once. You don't want to stir it a lot as the rice would come out all stodgy.

Step 7. Now take about 1-2 handfuls of frozen peas and put them into a jug, filled with water.

Step 8. Put your frozen peas in the microwave and cook for 1:30 (850W). Then take the peas out of the microwave, stir and then cook for another 1:30. When done drain away all of the water in jug.

Step 9. Put your peas and egg into a bowl, mix until they are combined together.

Step 10. Now the rice should be done. Drain away the water. Put the rice into another bowl and fluff the rice with a fork. Take the peas and egg and mix them into the rice, and your done! Hope you enjoy your rice!

I hope you enjoyed this, even though It's really different. If you made it yourself, I would love to see! Post you pictures in the comments below.

Bye guys!
